Responsibilities

The Enrollment Specialist will assist members in a fast-paced inbound call center environment.


Processing enrollments, payments, address changes or other enrollment related tasks.


Customer Service/Front Desk Activities: 

  • All associates must meet established performance metrics including quality, schedule compliance, production standards, and attendance.
  • Servicing members by telephone to enroll them in the MBS programs.
  • Educating members and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives regarding plan benefits.
  • Admissions Specialist – will guide MBS applicants through the application, admission, and enrollment processes by helping them to assess their skills, personal ,and professional goals to
    choose the best program for their needs and interests. 
  • A minimum of an Associate’s Degree is required; however, we will consider applicants with an equivalent combination; of prior
    experience or training in admissions, education, customer service or value-based sales is favored. Prospective candidates should also have excellent organizational, communication,
    listening and interpersonal skills, in addition to proficiency in Microsoft Office, database and
    software applications. 

 Physical Demands/Requirements:

  • Continual standing and walking during shift.
  • Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.

Membership Specialist 

As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to MBS clients, prospective clients and guests, ensuring an exceptional client experience! You will also be responsible for closing that business day’s shift as well as creating accurate bank deposits.


Some of your responsibilities will include:


Customer Service/Front Desk Activities:

  • Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and doing your best to make members feel comfortable and welcomed!
  • Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
  • Check members in, tour, log amenities, and communicate updates and events to members and guests.
  • Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases on the point of sale system.
  • Close shift for the business day and create bank deposits for the following day.


Member Accounts:

  • Utilize POS system to assist with new membership cards, change of address and billing or payment questions.


Club Cleanliness and Maintenance:

  • Go above and beyond to keep the front desk area and lobby clean and orderly.
  • Regular facility cleaning and upkeep such as mopping up spills under equipment, trash removal, cleaning windows and mirrors, and re-racking weights.
  • Regular cleaning of all exercise equipment and tanning beds.
  • Regular restroom and wet area cleaning and stocking.

Qualifications:

  • 6-12 months of Customer Service experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to work weekdays (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
  • Basic computer proficiency with an eye for accuracy.
  • Punctuality and reliability is a must.

We are looking for a result-driven Field Specialist to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. Field Specialist duties and responsibilities include working closely with clients to determine their needs, answer their questions about our programs, services, and products and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve client concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Field Specialist, you should stay up-to-date with program, service, and product features. The role of the Compliance Specialist Officer/Closer is to assist MBS CONNECTION Owner & Operator. Specific duties may include: assist in the development of staff, audit files for compliance, prepare files for closing, ensure all items necessary to satisfy requirements are received, prepare breach of contract forms according to MBS CONNECTIONS instructions, prepare affidavits, prepare necessary company disclosures, balance and disburse the file, conduct closings (or coordinate with signing agent), audit the closed package and deliver to parties, confirm all payments are made, satisfy any post-closing issues, and any other duties assigned to him or her by the Operation  Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains compliance with MBS CONNECTION Owned & Operated by MBS Association, LLC company,  policies and procedures in accordance with governing laws, regulations, regulatory agencies and company standards. Demonstrates on a consistent basis individual and team behavior that supports the culture of MBS CONNECTION Owned & Operated by MBS Association, LLC company.

Qualifications

Our advanced internship consists of a professional learning experience for practical work related learning experience. This level has minimal clerical and administrative duties involved. The advanced level is for individuals who previously held certifications, who may be lapsed in continuing education credits, and who are currently seeking to be certified again.   • Performs individual dietary analysis, meal planning and menu development
  • Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention
  • Leads and facilitates health and wellness educational seminars
  • Works closely with Personal Training staff and club management when designing member programs and classes
  • Educates members on health and wellness issues and trends
  • Provides fitness floor assistance to all members to ensure safety, provide education, and motivate members
  • Develops a client base to meet monthly revenue and session goals
  • Uses all required safety devices and personal protection equipment to comply with company safety rules
